This policy applies to the annual WinWin Handball Market memberships (Player, Club and Agent plans) sold by WIN WIN SPORTS AGENCY DOOEL Skopje. It complements Article 5 of our Terms of Service.
You may withdraw from the membership agreement within 14 days from the day of payment, without giving a reason. Send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal to contact@winwinhandballmarket.com. We refund the full amount paid to the card used for the payment, through our payment provider Bankart, no later than 14 days after we receive your statement.
Once 14 days have passed since the payment, the membership fee already paid for the current annual period is not refundable, including when the membership is terminated early. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
If your membership renews automatically, you can switch renewal off at any time under Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription. No further payments are charged after cancellation; your access stays active until the end of the paid period.
If you were charged twice or an incorrect amount, contact us with the date and amount of the payment. Incorrect charges are refunded in full to the card used for the payment.
